Located in Dubai’s Zabeel Park, the Dubai Frame is an iconic architectural landmark that symbolizes both the city’s past and its present. Designed in the shape of a colossal picture frame, this structure stands 150 meters tall and 95 meters wide. More than just an impressive building, the Dubai Frame serves as a comprehensive cultural experience, offering visitors a journey through time that presents the city’s rich heritage and futuristic vision side by side.

The visitor’s journey begins on the ground floor of the structure with the “Old Dubai Gallery.” Here, the story of the city’s transformation from a small fishing village into a modern metropolis is told through multimedia exhibitions and state-of-the-art technology. Visitors interactively explore the city’s history, traditions, and Bedouin lifestyle, accompanied by projections, sound effects, and even specially designed scents. This immersive beginning provides visitors with a deeper context for understanding the modern landscape they will soon view from the top of the frame.

After exploring the past, guests are transported to the “Sky Deck” on the top floor in just 75 seconds via panoramic glass elevators. This bridge offers visitors a breathtaking 360-degree view of Dubai. From one side of the frame, one can see the historic districts of the city such as Deira, Umm Hurair, and Karama, along with the bustling Dubai Creek. From the other side, a futuristic cityscape unfolds, featuring the modern skyscrapers of Sheikh Zayed Road, the Burj Khalifa, and the Emirates Towers. One of the most thrilling features of this bridge is its 50-square-meter smart glass floor, which turns transparent as you walk on it. This glass panel allows visitors to look down from a height of 150 meters, providing moments of adrenaline-fueled excitement.

Following the Sky Deck experience, visitors descend via elevator to the mezzanine floor on the other side, where they encounter the “Future Dubai Gallery.” In this section, a vortex tunnel and interactive projections are used to depict the city 50 years from now. It presents a futuristic vision of Dubai shaped by flying taxis, sustainable energy solutions, robotic technology, and artificial intelligence. This segment completes the time-travel theme, concluding the journey that spans from the past to the present and into the future.

The Dubai Frame is more than just an observation deck; it offers a holistic service that combines technology and art to narrate the spirit and evolution of the city.
